Date Set for Arctic Systems Case

A date has finally been set for the long running husband and wife case involving Mr & Mrs Jones of Arctic Systems Ltd.

The case centres around the use of dividends being paid to Mrs Jones to shift income from her husband to herself to help avoid tax and will be of interest to many small husband and wife businesses throughout the country.

However, the case is not being heard until 5th to 7th June 2007 at the House of Lords.
